Wise DesignEcoSys
Interior & Modular Works Warranty Policy

Coverage: This warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for interior and modular works executed by Wise Design EcoSys. Warranty coverage is segmented by work type as outlined below.

Modular Kitchens Warranty

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 10 Years warranty on modular kitchen cabinetry (carcass, shutters, and fixed modules) against manufacturing defects in core materials and workmanship. This includes issues like delamination of laminates, hinge or channel loosening due to installation defects, and any structural failure of cabinets under normal use.
  • Included Components: Cabinet frames, shelves, shutters (doors), and modular accessories provided by Wise Design EcoSys are covered. Hardware (hinges, drawer channels, handles) is covered as per the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1-5 years depending on brand); Wise Design EcoSys will facilitate claims with the hardware manufacturer if within their warranty period.
  • Limitations: Minor alignment shifts or warpage of wooden panels due to natural climatic variations is considered normal. Slight bending/warping up to 3mm over 1 meter length or minor expansion/contraction of wood joints is not considered a defect under this warranty. Such minor issues that do not affect functionality will not be covered. Acceptable variation in shutter gaps or alignment is up to 2mm.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover countertops, appliances, sinks, or any products not manufactured by Wise Design EcoSys that are installed in the kitchen (these may be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties). Surface damages like scratches, dents, burns, or stains on countertops or cabinetry are not covered if reported beyond handover (any such damages must be noted at delivery/handover). Color or finish wear due to normal use, and fading due to sunlight or chemical exposure, is excluded. Improper use (e.g. standing on cabinet shelves, overloading beyond design capacity) or modifications by the customer/third parties will void this warranty for the affected parts.

Wardrobes & Modular Storage Warranty

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 10 Years warranty on built-in wardrobes and modular storage units (TV units, bookshelves, vanities, etc.) against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Covers structural integrity of the carcass and shutters, including joints, hinges, and shelving installed by Wise Design EcoSys.
  • Included Components: Cabinet structure, shelves, doors (swing or sliding), and any integrated modular elements are covered. For sliding door wardrobes, the sliding track and mechanism are covered for 2 years for functionality issues (misalignment, wheel failure) under normal use. Hardware like locks, handles, sliding rollers are subject to manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  • Limitations: Slight warpage or bending of wardrobe doors/panels due to humidity changes (within 2-3mm deflection) is considered normal and not covered if it doesn’t impair door operation. Minor gaps that do not affect closing or locking (up to 2mm) may occur and are within tolerance. Mirrors or glass elements, if any, should be handled with care; minor mirror alignment shifts may occur and can be adjusted during routine service but are not structural defects.
  • Exclusions: Mirror or Glass Breakage on wardrobe doors or cabinets after handover is not covered (any manufacturing defects like spontaneous crack must be reported immediately at installation). Cosmetic damages (scratches, chips, dents) to wardrobe surfaces noted after handover are excluded, as they are likely from usage. Normal wear and tear of sliding door tracks (accumulation of dust or slight noise) is not covered, though cleaning is recommended as maintenance. Any water damage to wardrobes (e.g. due to leakage in walls or spills) is not covered, nor are damages from pests (termite, rodents) – please ensure preventive pest control as needed. Unauthorized alterations or adding extra shelves/fixtures by third parties will void warranty on the modified unit.

False Ceilings Warranty

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 1 Year warranty on false ceiling installation and framework stability. This covers issues such as sagging of the ceiling framework, falling of gypsum boards, or joint cracks beyond hairline width that arise from installation defects. Wise Design EcoSys uses high-quality metal frameworks and fasteners; any failure in these (e.g. corrosion or detachment under normal conditions) within 1 year will be rectified.
  • Scope: All types of false ceilings installed (gypsum board ceilings, POP moldings, grid ceilings) are included. Electrical fixtures installed within the false ceiling (like cove lights, recessed lights) are covered under the Electrical warranty or manufacturer warranty, but their mounting stability in the false ceiling is covered for 1 year (e.g., if a light fixture falls due to ceiling fault).
  • Limitations: Hairline cracks along joints or at corners can naturally develop due to settling of the structure or temperature changes; cracks less than 1mm wide or minor paint cracks are considered normal and can be addressed with periodic maintenance (they are not counted as a ceiling failure under warranty). Slight undulations in large ceiling spans (minor level differences not visible to the naked eye) can occur and are not structural defects.
  • Exclusions: Damage due to water ingress from floors/roofs above (e.g. a roof leak causing stains or board damage) is not covered. Any alterations or additional cut-outs made in the ceiling post-installation by electricians or other contractors will void the warranty for that section. Cosmetic issues like repainting of the ceiling (paint warranty is separate, see Civil Works) or changes in paint shade over time are not covered under the ceiling warranty. Also, usage of the ceiling cavity by the customer for heavy storage or any purpose other than housing lights/AC ducts as designed will void the warranty.

Electrical Works Warranty

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 1 Year warranty on electrical workmanship for all new electrical installations done by Wise Design EcoSys. This includes the proper functioning of wiring, switchboards, sockets, and distribution panels installed as part of the interior project. Covered issues: wiring connection failures, loose contacts, or improper circuit connections causing outage, provided they occur under normal usage conditions. We will repair any electrical short-circuit or fault arising from our installation work (e.g. a loose neutral in a new switchboard installed by us) at no cost within the warranty period.
  • Included: Wiring (copper/aluminum house wiring) and piping (conduits) installed internally, new switches, sockets, MCBs, and fixtures like fans or lights installed by us are covered for installation defects. Switches, MCBs, light fixtures, fans, and other electrical appliances are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties for functional defects; Wise Design EcoSys will assist in coordinating manufacturer service if such components fail. The warranty here specifically ensures our installation was correct (e.g., if a fan falls due to improper mounting or a light fitting is loose, we fix it).
  • Limitations: The warranty ensures safety and functionality of the installed system, but it is expected that the electrical load on each circuit remains within designed capacity. Tripping breakers or mild noises may occur if circuits are overloaded – this is an electrical design safety response, not a defect in workmanship.
  • Exclusions: Bulbs and consumables (like LED bulbs, tube lights) are not covered beyond handover. Power fluctuations or external surge damage: any damage to wiring or devices due to external power surges, voltage fluctuations, or lightning is not covered (such incidents are beyond installation quality and should be mitigated with stabilizers/UPS by the customer). Tampering or modification of the electrical system by the customer or any third-party electrician will void this warranty (for example, adding new load or altering wiring without consulting Wise Design EcoSys). Additionally, any issues arising from pre-existing old wiring that was not installed by Wise Design EcoSys are outside the scope of this warranty.

Plumbing Works Warranty

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 1 Year warranty on plumbing workmanship for any new plumbing work carried out by Wise Design EcoSys (applies if the plumbing scope is part of the project). This covers leakages or fitting failures in the new plumbing lines (water supply and drainage) installed by us. We will repair or replace any pipes, joints, or fittings that fail due to installation defects (e.g. a loose connection causing water leak, or improper slope causing drainage issues) within this period. Both material and labor to fix such issues are covered under warranty.
  • Scope: All internal plumbing lines, joints, and attachments installed (PVC/CPVC/UPVC/GI pipes for water supply or drainage, connectors, traps, etc.) are included. If we installed sanitary fixtures or faucets, our warranty covers the correct installation/sealing of these fixtures (e.g. if a washbasin installed by us dislodges or a faucet leaks at the joint to the pipe due to installation, we fix it). The fixtures themselves (taps, mixers, showers, sanitaryware like WC, sinks) are covered by manufacturer warranties for manufacturing defects – we will help in claiming those if within the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Limitations: This warranty assumes normal residential water pressure and standard water quality. Minor faucet drips may require cartridge replacements which fall under manufacturer warranty of that faucet, not installation. Silicone seals around fixtures (like edges of sinks or tubs) are maintained as part of installation; if they show small gaps over time, we will re-seal once within the first year as part of warranty.
  • Exclusions: Clogging or blockages in drain lines due to debris or improper use (e.g. disposal of grease, foreign objects) are not covered. Damage or leaks caused by subsequent civil work or drilling (by the customer or third parties) into walls/floors that disturbs the pipes is excluded. Water quality issues (such as corrosion or scaling in pipes due to hard water) are not covered, nor are leaks caused by extreme water pressure beyond standard municipal supply norms. Any plumbing component that fails because it has been discontinued and cannot be replaced with an exact part will be replaced with an equivalent alternative; however, if a particular model is obsolete, cosmetic differences might exist. Finally, usage of cleaning chemicals that corrode pipes or seals will void the warranty for those components.

Civil Works Warranty (Masonry, Tiling, Painting, etc.)

  • Warranty Period & Coverage: 1 Year warranty on civil works executed by Wise Design EcoSys, covering workmanship defects. This includes newly constructed brick walls or partitions, plastering, tiling on walls or floors, and painting/polishing work done as part of the project. For masonry and plaster: any major cracks (wider than hairline) or plaster de-bonding in areas built by us will be repaired. For tiles (wall/floor), any hollowness or debonding of tiles due to our adhesive application will be rectified (re-fixing or replacing the affected tiles) within 1 year. For painting, peeling, flaking, or extensive bubbling of the paint due to improper surface preparation or application is covered for 1 year – we will reprepare and repaint the affected area.
  • Scope: All civil modifications like creation or removal of walls, leveling of floors, installation of door/window frames, and surface finishing are included under this workmanship warranty. Polishing of wood (e.g. veneer polishing) done by us is covered for 1 year against issues like fading or cracking of polish coat under normal indoor conditions.
  • Limitations: Hairline cracks (narrow than 1mm) in new plaster or at junctions can occur due to material curing and building settlement – such minor cracks are normal and can be addressed with filler during maintenance, but are not considered a defect for warranty claims unless they expand. Slight shade variations in paint can happen between touch-ups and original paint due to batch differences; we will match as close as possible but a perfect match is not guaranteed if only a patch is repainted. For natural stone or tile work, color and pattern variation is inherent and not a defect.
  • Exclusions: Dampness or Seepage originating from the building structure (water seeping from external walls, rising damp from ground, or leaks from upper floors) that causes damage to paint, plaster or tiles is not covered – such issues stem from external sources beyond our control. We do not cover cracks or damage arising from structural movement of the building or natural calamities. Normal wear and aging of painted surfaces (like mild fading or slight chalking) is expected over time and not covered. Any post-handover alterations to civil work by others (e.g. drilling holes, chasing walls for new electrical pipes) voids the warranty for the affected area. Additionally, for paint, the warranty does not cover deliberate use of harsh cleaning agents on painted walls or stains due to smoke or pollution.

General Exclusions and Limitations (All Categories)

The following exclusions apply to all warranty categories above, unless specifically covered in a section:

  • Natural Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from normal use (wear on finishes, reduction in gloss, fabric softening, cushion flattening, etc.) is not covered. Minor scratches, cuts, dents, or abrasions that occur due to everyday use or accidental impacts by the user are considered wear and tear and are excluded from warranty claims.
  • Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect: Any damage resulting from misuse (using a product for other than its intended purpose), abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance is not covered. For example, using abrasive chemicals to clean laminate surfaces, standing or sitting on cabinet doors, slamming of drawers, or neglecting recommended maintenance leading to damage will void the warranty for the affected parts.
  • Alterations by Third Parties: If the customer or any unauthorized third party modifies, repairs, or disassembles a product or installation, the warranty on that item becomes void. This includes painting over finishes with non-approved paint, re-laminating surfaces, altering electrical wiring or plumbing lines, etc., without Wise Design EcoSys’s involvement.
  • Pest and Environmental Damage: Damage caused by termite attacks, other pest infestations, rodents chewing wires, mould or fungi growth, or any environmental condition like extreme humidity, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters is not covered. (Wise Design EcoSys uses termite-resistant materials where possible, but does not guarantee against pest infestations; customers are responsible for periodic pest control).
  • Water Damage: As a general rule, any damage to materials caused by exposure to water or moisture beyond normal design conditions is excluded. This includes swelling of wooden materials due to continuous water contact, laminate bubbling due to water seepage, rusting of hardware due to high moisture environments, or paint peel-off due to roof leakage. The source of such water issues should be fixed by the customer/building management; our warranty covers only repairs for issues arising from our faulty installation, not external water ingress.
  • Color and Finish Variations: Slight variations in color, grain, or texture of materials (especially natural materials like wood, stone, veneer) are natural and cannot be guaranteed to match exactly across all pieces. Fading or change in shade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV light is considered normal aging. These factors are not deemed defects, and thus are excluded from claims.
  • Non-Residential Use: Our warranties are provided for residential/home interior use. If our products or installations are used in a commercial or industrial setting (or a high-traffic environment) beyond their intended design, the warranty will not apply. Similarly, if the usage conditions (load, frequency of use) exceed normal household standards, related failures will be excluded.
  • Handover Approval: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the work at handover. Any cosmetic or minor issues should be raised during the handover. Post-handover, such issues (small scratches, alignment adjustments, etc.) will be assumed to have arisen from use unless reported on day of handover. Warranty addresses problems due to manufacturing/installation defects, not post-install damage.
  • Force Majeure Events: Any damage or issues caused by events beyond human control – such as earthquakes, cyclones, fire, acts of God, or acts of government – are outside the scope of this warranty.

If there is any ambiguity whether an issue is due to a manufacturing/workmanship defect or due to external factors, Wise Design EcoSys will make a fair determination based on inspection. Our aim is to be transparent about what is covered and ensure quality service within those bounds.

Client/Customer Responsibilities Under Warranty

To maintain your warranty and ensure longevity of your interiors, the customer is expected to:

  • Proper Maintenance: Follow the care instructions provided by Wise Design EcoSys for various materials. Clean surfaces with a soft dry or damp cloth as recommended. Avoid using harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, or abrasive materials on finishes. For fabrics and cushions, use gentle vacuuming or professional cleaning as advised. Regularly oil or lubricate moving parts (hinges, channels) if recommended by our care guide.
  • Environment Control: Ensure adequate ventilation and environment control in your home. Use exhaust fans or chimneys in kitchens to expel moisture and fumes. Avoid water accumulation on floors or near woodwork. In humid regions or monsoons, air out closed cabinets periodically to prevent moisture build-up. Use pest control treatments especially if your area is prone to termites or ants, as prevention.
  • Load Management: Use the products within their designed capacity. For example, do not overload shelves with weight beyond what they are designed for (we will provide guidelines, e.g., no more than 8-10 kg per glass shelf or 15-20 kg per wooden shelf unless specified). Avoid hanging or climbing on open cabinet doors or shelves. Using furniture or cabinetry as ladders or support for heavy weights can cause damage not covered by warranty.
  • Prompt Reporting: If you notice any defect or issue that might be covered under warranty, report it to Wise Design EcoSys promptly. Continued use of a product after identifying a problem can often worsen the damage. For instance, if you see water leakage in a pipe installed by us, call immediately rather than waiting – this prevents secondary damage and helps us address it within the warranty scope.
  • No Unauthorized Repairs: Do not attempt to fix issues yourself or via unauthorized technicians during the warranty period. Opening up electrical panels, trying to repair a hinge, or re-installing a fallen component could void the warranty if not done by our team. Always contact Wise Design EcoSys for warranty service so that an authorized professional can attend to the problem.
  • Documentation: Retain your project documentation, invoice, and any warranty certificates provided. While we maintain records of all projects and their warranty periods, having your documentation helps in smooth verification when making a claim. Also ensure you have records of any maintenance or service done by Wise Design EcoSys during the warranty period.
  • Handover Checks: During project handover, thoroughly inspect all works alongside our team. Ensure any observed issues are noted and addressed. We provide an opportunity at handover to fix any snags. Post-handover, the warranty will cover latent defects, but anything visible and not flagged at handover may be considered as accepted in good condition. Taking a proactive role at handover will safeguard your interests.

Adhering to the above responsibilities will help in keeping your interiors in prime condition and will also ensure that your warranty remains valid for its full term.

Conditions for Warranty Claims

For a warranty claim to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • Within Warranty Period: The issue must arise and be reported within the applicable warranty period for that category of work. The period starts from the date of final project handover (or the date of installation completion sign-off). Any claims made after expiration of the warranty period cannot be honored.
  • Scope of Work: The item or work in question must have been supplied and installed by Wise Design EcoSys. We cannot be responsible for defects in owner-provided items or work done by third parties. Our warranty applies only to the products and services explicitly listed in our project scope and invoice.
  • Full Payment: The warranty is valid only if the project has been paid for in full as per the agreed payment terms. Any pending dues or payment disputes at the time of claim may temporarily void or suspend warranty service until resolved.
  • No Unauthorized Modification: As noted, if the product or work has been tampered with or altered by anyone other than Wise Design EcoSys personnel, the warranty claim may be rejected. We need to ensure the issue is not caused by external interventions.
  • Original Purchaser: Warranty is provided to the original customer (property owner) and is non-transferable without prior written consent. If the property is sold, new owners may need to get an inspection and transfer of warranty (at Wise Design EcoSys’s discretion) to continue coverage.
  • Exact Match of Materials: Wise Design EcoSys will strive to repair or replace defective parts with the same materials and colors originally used. However, due to changes in stock, discontinuation, or dye-lot differences, an exact match may not always be possible. Condition: The customer understands and agrees that if an exact replacement is not available, Wise Design EcoSys will provide a close equivalent in quality, specifications, and color. For example, if a particular laminate shade or tile design is no longer produced, the closest available match will be used for the repair. Such substitution will fulfill our warranty obligation and will be of equal or higher quality.
  • Inspection and Approval: All warranty repairs or replacements must be authorized by Wise Design EcoSys after inspection. If a customer directly hires another party to fix an issue without our inspection or approval, this policy will not cover any costs and the act may void the warranty on that item. Wise Design EcoSys reserves the right to inspect the reported issue and determine whether it is covered under warranty as per the terms.
  • Limited Liability: Wise Design EcoSys’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part/work. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that may result from the defect (for instance, damage to personal belongings due to a cabinet failure or costs of alternate accommodation, etc.). The warranty specifically addresses the product/work provided by us. In any case, the maximum liability is capped at the original value of the work/item under claim.
  • Documentation for Claim: The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number) and photos or evidence of the defect when raising a claim. Cooperation in scheduling inspections and repairs is also a condition to fulfill the claim.

By ensuring these conditions are met, both the customer and Wise DEsign EcoSys can smoothly collaborate to address any issues that arise.

Repair and Replacement Timeline

Wise Design EcoSys is committed to prompt after-sales service. Our typical repair and replacement timelines once a warranty claim is approved are as follows:

  • Inspection Scheduling: After you lodge a warranty claim, a Wise Design EcoSys representative will contact you within 2 working days to schedule an on-site inspection. We aim to inspect the issue within 5-7 days of the claim being filed (subject to customer’s availability and site access).
  • Minor Repairs: For issues that are minor and do not require manufacturing of new parts (e.g. tightening a hinge, adjusting alignment, sealing a minor leak), our technician will often fix it on the spot during inspection or within a second visit. These are typically resolved within 7-10 days of the initial report.
  • Replacement Parts: If a component needs to be replaced (for example, a cabinet shutter, a section of countertop, a faulty electrical device), Wise Design EcoSys will initiate the order for the replacement part immediately after inspection approval. Generally, we target completing such replacements within 15-30 days. The timeline depends on the nature of the part: a custom-fabricated item (like a bespoke cabinet door) might take a few weeks to manufacture and finish, whereas an off-the-shelf hardware part might be replaced sooner. We will keep the customer informed of the expected timeline if it extends beyond 2 weeks.
  • Complex Repairs: In cases of more complex warranty work (for instance, redoing a portion of false ceiling or extensive plumbing rework), we will provide an estimated schedule after the inspection. Typically, planning and executing such repairs might take 3-4 weeks to ensure proper resource allocation and minimal disruption at your home. We strive to complete all warranty works at the earliest while maintaining quality of repair.
  • Communication: Throughout the process, our customer care team will communicate the status and schedule. If there are any unforeseen delays (for example, due to material unavailability or other logistical issues), we will inform you promptly and provide a revised resolution date. Rest assured, resolving your issue is a priority and we appreciate your understanding in coordinating schedules.
  • Workmanship Guarantee on Repairs: Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty is warranted for the remaining original warranty period of that item or 90 days from the repair, whichever is longer. (For example, if a repair is done in year 9 of a 10-year warranty, that repair is covered for at least 1 more year.)

Wise Design EcoSys aims to adhere to these timelines to the best of our ability. Our dedicated service team works to ensure that your warranty experience is hassle-free and timely.

Warranty Claims Process

If you encounter a problem covered by our warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim and get service:

  1. Contact Wise Design EcoSys Customer Care: Reach out to us through our warranty service hotline or email (provided in your handover kit and on our website). Provide your project details (name, invoice or project number, and date of completion) and a brief description of the issue. You can also fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our website, if available, to initiate the process.
  2. Provide Details and Evidence: To help us understand the issue, describe what you observed and when. It is often helpful to provide clear photographs or videos of the defect/damage. Our team may ask for these via email or messaging. This documentation will be attached to your claim record for reference by the inspection team.
  3. Schedule Inspection: A customer service representative will log your complaint and give you a reference number for tracking. They will schedule a site inspection by an authorized Wise Design EcoSys technician or service engineer at a mutually convenient time (usually within 7 days of your claim, as outlined in the timeline above). Ensure that an adult person is available at home to show the issue to our inspector during the visit.
  4. Inspection & Verification: On the scheduled day, our technician will inspect the reported issue in person. They will verify if the problem is indeed due to a manufacturing or installation defect covered under warranty. They may also check related components to isolate the cause. The technician might take additional photos/notes and will prepare an inspection report. You may be asked for your signature or acknowledgement of the findings.
  5. Resolution Plan & Approval: If the issue is covered under warranty, the Wise Design EcoSys team will formulate a resolution plan – repair on site or replacement of the component. We will communicate this plan to you, including what will be done and the expected timeline. You will receive an approval confirmation (usually via email) summarizing the service to be provided under warranty. If the issue is determined not to be covered (for reasons such as those in exclusions), we will provide an explanation. In many cases, even if not covered, we can offer to fix the issue at cost – you will receive a quote for approval in such cases, but that is separate from warranty service.
  6. Repair/Replacement Execution: After approval, our service team will carry out the repair or replacement work as scheduled. If parts need to be ordered/manufactured, we will inform you once the parts arrive and arrange a convenient date for the fix. Our trained technicians will perform the work, and any replaced parts will be of equal or superior quality. We request you to provide necessary access to the area and clear any personal belongings from the work zone for safety and efficiency.
  7. Review & Closure: Once the repair is completed, inspect the work along with our technician. We will ask you to confirm that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. The service completion will be documented, and you may need to sign off that the warranty service was provided. Keep a copy of any service report or replacement details for your records. The claim will then be closed in our system. If you face any further issues with the same item, you can reference the previous claim number for continuity.

Post-Claim Follow-up: Wise Design EcoSys values your feedback. After a warranty claim is serviced, you might receive a follow-up call or survey to ensure the repair was successful and to gather feedback on our service quality. This helps us continuously improve our processes.

Emergency Situations: If a warranty issue poses an immediate risk (e.g., major water leakage or electrical short), we urge you to turn off the water/electric supply and inform us of the urgency. We will do our best to expedite the visit in such emergency cases.

By following the above steps, you help us expedite your claim and serve you better. Wise Design EcoSys is committed to standing by our workmanship and products, and our warranty service process is designed to be customer-friendly and transparent.

Wise Design EcoSys is proud to offer this comprehensive warranty to ensure you have peace of mind with your home interiors. This policy is aligned with industry standards and reflects our confidence in the quality of our work, while also being transparent about its terms. For any questions regarding this warranty or for further clarifications, please reach out to our customer support. We’re here to help you enjoy your home, worry-free!

Important Warranty Conditions

Warranty Coverage is Subject to Inspection: Wise Design EcoSys will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service after an on-site evaluation.

  • Non-Warranty Repairs are Chargeable: If an issue is found to be outside warranty scope, Wise Design EcoSys will provide a repair estimate before proceeding.
  • Warranty is Non-Transferable: It applies only to the original purchaser and property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Modifications Void Warranty: Any unauthorised repairs or alterations made by a third party will void the warranty for that section.
  • Exact Material Match is Not Guaranteed: If an identical replacement material or finish is unavailable at the time of repair, a close equivalent in quality and design will be offered.
  • Wise Design EcoSys Liability is Limited: The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts only and does not cover indirect damages or secondary losses.
